{Persnickety People...
...our Designers}

Not persnickety as in snooty...
Persnickety as in the people that make us who we are.
Real live local people that bring you goodness made from their own hands.
Folks that spend their time getting dirty, paint splattered, and sweaty to create something that is one of a kind.
These are Persnickety people...talented, fun, detailed, and awesome!

Shop purveyor and Persnickety ringleader. Buyer and lover of much old stuff, paint class instructor. Voted most likely to say the word "rad" in a sentence and also the person most likely to hug you and/or tell you a dirty joke. Digs: The story behind the piece, the timelessness of the unusual, pops of color, detailed pieces, football, baseball, dogs, any body of water, and a good time. Inspired by: a love of color and old stuff. Thankful for: everything!

Hi, my name is Dora Rudolph, a.k.a. Dora the Restorer. I realized at a very young age growing up in Alaska, that I had an interest for building. My father would bring home pickup loads of scrap wood from jobs sites, which would be firewood in the winter and forts in the summer. I now reside in the Pacific Northwest with my husband of thirty-five years. We have four grown children, eight grandchildren, and four granddogs. We enjoy making the old new again. Sometimes this entails finding that special vintage treasure and sharing it with the world. Other times it means we use aged materials in new, creative ways. Treasure hunting, rockhounding, and salvaging are just a few of our greatest joys, and we aim to bring our finds to you in unique designs.
